I bought this for a Christmas gift to use with the family boat. We tried it Christmas morning and it worked great, but hadn't touched it until boating season in May. We filled & tried again with not problems, though overall the product seems cheap and flimsy. We took it out on the boat and left it for a few days. When we returned it was empty and has lost all the air. A few weeks later, we tried to fill again and it continuously made noise, as in the air was blowing with the compressor attached. There was no valve or obvious way to prevent that from happening, and since this is a safety item required for boating (& you can get fined by the police/coast guard if you have no working horn), we quickly decided to return. The idea is great, the product is just poorly made. Amazon was awesome with a return, even though it was 6 months later, and I'll probably buy the classic deposable airhorn with the credit.
